Release Notes

In this release, some fundamental mechanism were added. Under the help of Hellwolf, this application is now i18n'ed. And, Stephan Berberig makes full libnotify support for it. Last, it's now GTK icon theme integrated, along with a flashy icon set made by Dieter Vanderfaeillie and others. Thank you all.
